Our company’s 7thstudy travel in Japan for excellent employees was set out on 18th May 2014. The 17 excellent employees generated from recommendation and public voting visited the headquarter of Teikoku group during the stay in Japan and made friendly exchange with the headquarter, and went sightseeing in cities like Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, and visited Japanese places of interest like Mount Fuji, Himeji Castle.

   Since the foundation of the company in 1994, the number of employees dispatched to Japan for study has amounted to more than 170 people in total, and this activity created work environment which can motivate more work enthusiasm.

   The company has organized groups to Japan for study travel in seven consecutive years. Apparently, this kind of activity has become a kind of corporate culture of Dalian Teikoku and fully embodied people orientated business philosophy of the company. It is believed that this study travel will not only become beautiful memories of these 17 excellent staff representatives but also motivation that makes us work harder together to complete the business target of the year 2014.
