In 2012, The business indicators completed as early plan and created the highest achievement beyond 2011, refreshing the highest record in Dalian Teikoku history under the joint efforts of all staff. In order to motivate all the employees to make larger achievement for the development of the company and prize the excellent employees who had served a huge sacrifice to the company, we sent elected excellent employees to Japan for study tourism as the fifth consecutive year. Until now, over 150 employees have been sent to Japan for study tourism since year 2004. This decision fully expressed the company management thought as “Make man as fundamentality”.

We believe that this trip will be held as a beautiful memory for these 15 employees and be turned into the power for all the employees of the company to continue the hardworking, market-enlarging and the peak-reclimbing target in 2013.
