General Manager Mr.Shimizu delivered an address in celebration meeting held in the plant area of Lvshunkou. He passionately reviewed Dalian Teikoku’s history of struggles for 20 years and charted the grand blueprint of future development of the company. Today，20 years ago, Dalian Teikoku canned motor pump Co., Ltd., Sino-Japan joint venture, was announced to be established in Lvshunkou district of Dalian and completed single proprietorship transformation on 19th September 2001. The company developed sustainably and evoluted from the originally little known small company to the leading company with high popularity currently in this industry through more than 20 years of unremitting efforts from the whole Dalian Teikoku staff and hard work in union and made remarkable achievements. The annual sale increases from less than millions upon millions level sale volume at the beginning of business establishment to today’s scale，that is, the estimated sale in 2014 will reach RMB 430,000，000 and realizes 54 times increase over the past 20 years, and the accumulative paid taxes exceed RMB 400,000,000.

At the end of the address, General Manager Mr. Shimizu expressed sincere thanks for the concern of all-level leaders, the reliability from customers and the supports from cooperation partners and promised to transform this kind of care practically into the drive of the reform, innovation and development of enterprise. 
Reviewing the past and drinking from the source, General Manager Mr. Shimizu expressed lofty respect for the company’s founder including Mr. IRIE KEIJIRO, the former president of Teikoku group, Mr. MIYAJI   KUNIO who once strived for the foundation and development of Dalian Teikoku, the present president of Teikoku group concurrently serving as the chairman of Dalian Teikoku and Mr. SHIMIZU HIROSHI, the board director of Dalian Teikoku, and expressed cordial greetings for the employees being devoted to their work on their job posts for years.

Mr. Yiqingtao, the acting Chief executive of Lvshunkou district, delivered an address. He praised the outstanding contribution Dalian Teikoku made to Lvshun’s economic development. Dalian Teikoku created remarkable achievements and has become the enterprise with high popularity & reputation in Lvshunkou district through hard work, honest business, sustainable innovation and overall surpass for 20 years since Dalian Teikoku was founded, and he encouraged Dalian Teikoku to make persistent efforts and created greater prosperity on the road of future development.

In the return luncheon held in Dalian Shangri-la hotel, the chairman Mr. MIYAJI KUNIO kindly recalled the hardship at the beginning of the corporate entrepreneurship and thanked all-level governments and leaders for supporting and caring for Dalian Teikoku, and thanked customers for giving Dalian Teikoku recognition and trust, and thanked the employees for making efforts and sacrifices to the company’s development. He expressed that Dalian Teikoku will advance with times and provide more job opportunities to the society, and make greater contribution to Chinese economic development, and meet customers’ increasing demands with high quality products &service.

Sanming hotel in Lvshunkou was brightly lit and full of warm atmosphere at the same night. At the banquet, the chairman Mr. MIYAJI KUNIO awarded “contribution prize for 20 year’s commitment” to the employees in person for thanking and honoring the senior staff who work hard for the company with occasion being grand and deeply touching.
