On Sep.26, 2013，The ceremony of Friendship Award of Liaoning Provinceand  Honorary Award of Liaoning Province was held at Liaoning people ’s hall.Liaoning governor Chen Zhenggao, Provincial Standing Committee and executive vice governor Zhou Zhongxuan, awarded to winners medals and certificates. Zhou Zhongxuan delivered a speech at the ceremony.

   Friendship Award of Liaoning Province is supreme award for foreign experts in Liaoning Province. Mr Miyaji Kunio, Chairman of the Board had the honour  to win this award. Thirty foreign experts won Friendship Award of Liaoning Province and Thirty-four foreign experts won Honorary award of Liaoning Province .They were from America, German, France , Russia, England, South Korea and etc. They are advanced representative of nearly 30,000  foreign experts in Liaoning Province , play a very important role in  economic construction and social development of Liaoning ,and also win the people's respect and praise.
