We firstly obtained CRCC certificate for Locomotive cooling pumps in Aug 5th of 2013 and became the first manufacturer to supply the pumps

Which are required by CRCC covering the most comprehensive specification and models in the domestic industry. This certificate marks our absolute leading position in domestic locomotive cooling pump industry.

       On June 28th of 2012, the former MOR issued “CRCC by the directory (the first batch)” (Railway tech No.【2012】138) covering the locomotive pump which is the one of 242 kinds products. Those products are not allowed to use unless they pass the certification. Due to our important position and very prominent performance in locomotive pump industry,China Railway Certification Center invited us to draft out “The general requirements for CRCC implementation Rule – traction converter/rectifier cabinet pump unit for locomotive used”. The rules have been put to implementation since Nov 14th of 2012. Although the requirements are very strict, we submitted the application for 10 models pumps with the operation certificate for over 100,000KM through our careful preparation and difficulties overcoming. We were succeed in obtaining CRCC certificate covering 10 models locomotive pumps on Aug 5th of 2013 through strict documentation review、workshop QA capacity review and products sampling inspection by experts.

       In 2007, we firstly developed the locomotive pump with super light、safety running、long life and absolute zero leakage. The successful development for locomotive pump marks the time when China locomotive cooling pump relied on imports has passed and realizes absolute localization. So far, we become the only locomotive pump manufacturer to supply the pumps with a high number quantities、models、and experience on service. The production quality is widely high praised by all the domestic locomotive makers. We were awarded as “The best supplier” in 2011 by Jiangsu Bombardier CPC Propulsion System Co.,Ltd. The market occupancy rate for localization locomotive pumps reaches over 98%. 

       In future, we will strictly comply with “The general requirements for CRCC implementation Rule” and “CRCC and CRCC mark usage regulation” and make more contribution for locomotive pumping unit localization.
