 Founded on January 7th, 1999 and locates in Taipei City, the original Taiwan Teikoku-Pump Co., Ltd was a wholly-owned subsidiary to Teikoku MFG. Japan with a focus business of selling the pump products from Teikoku MFG. Japan. As an inter-subsidiary reconstruction process of Teikoku MFG. Japan, this acquisition and the reconstruction itself aim to strengthen the profit base of entire Teikoku MFG. Group’s business affaires, improve the efficiency of Group’s operation and organization and realize the final profit maximization. Selling products from Dalian Teikoku and Teikoku MFG. Japan will be the core business of the newly founded Taiwan Teikoku.
