Ten Years Glory, Beyond Dream!

Good morning!

Today, we gathered here to celebrate the anniversary of Ten-year of Sole Proprietorship of Dalian Teikoku Canned Motor Pump Co., Ltd to look back to the passed ten years of glory, to remind the ten years of hardworking and to predict the beautiful future. Here, on behalf of all the employees of Dalian Teikoku, please allow me to express my welcome to every leader and guest here and my thanks to all the people who offers his support to Dalian Teikoku and my regards to all the predecessor leaders and workers of Dalian Teikoku as well as their family members for their sacrifice and contribution.

On 19th, September 2001, today of ten years ago, Dalian Teikoku canned motor pump Co., Ltd as a  sino-japanese joint venture turned into a Japanese sole invested enterprise with a total investment of RMB 88,000,000 and a registered capital of RMB 44,000,000.In 3rd, December 2002, our company officially relocated in Dalian Sanjianpu Industrial and Technical Zone, which means a new start of Dalian Teikoku.

 With ten years of sole proprietorship, Dalian Teikoku made a great development and achievement, today, Dalian Teikoku has already turned into a modern garden factory with an occupied area of 40,000 m², building area of 17,600 m³ and 456 employees.

 After sole proprietorship, with the support of Teikoku Electric MFG and years of self-development in technology and designing in leakage-free canned motor pump, Dalian Teikoku has the capability to manufacturing nearly 20,000 sets canned motor pumps annually in 22 series, more than 2000 types and 120,000 sets of canned motor pumps had already been sold since the period of joint venture. By now, with the built 19 business offices and 2 maintenance companies around China, the amount of ordering reaches nearly 400,000,000 RMB, this number is ten times of the selling amount before the sole proprietorship, and 50 times of the joint venture 17 years ago.

 With ten years of endeavor and development, Dalian Teikoku products had occupied a great marketing share: 100% for high speed railway industry, space industry and nuclear industry, 96% for conditioner assembly industry, 60% in petroleum industry, unique supplier of nuclear 3 class canned motor pump in China and unique canned motor pump supplier for “Jiuquan” space industry in China with a grand contribution to “Shenzhou” spaceship. In recent years, the development in China high speed railway is very quick, under such condition, our high speed locomotive cooling pump products was developed in 2005 and fast be applied to China high speed locomotive field. With 5 biggest locomotive suppliers as our copartners, the achievement makes all employees of Dalian Teikoku be proud.

 By now, as the leader of China canned motor pump industry, many glory came to Dalian Teikoku, such as Larger Tax Payer of Lvshunkou District in 7 consecutive years, “Dalian Famous Trademark” of year 2007, be recognized again as High Tech Enterprise of Dalian and be granted as “Dalian Brand Product” as well as the honor of “AA class enterprise in taxation credit”, “Advanced unit in personal income tax withholding and remitting work of Liaoning Province”, “Advanced unit in disabled employment work of Liaoning Province”, “Model enterprise in environment protection”. Together with the fast development, social responsibility of Dalian Teikoku has also been well realized, “Honored Citizen of Lvshunkou District” and “Xinghai Friendship pride” of Dalian Foreign Expert Agency were granted to Mr. Irie, former president of Teikoku Electric MFG, Mr. Miyaji, present president and Mr. Shimizu, present vice general manager of Dalian Teikoku for their contribution.

 Ten years of sole proprietorship, ten years of realizing and developing “People Oriented” managing philosophy, Dalian Teikoku takes the “Social responsibility, Corporate development and Employee income increasing” as target, the annual income per employee will be increased to 53,480 RMB comparing to 15,000 RMB in 2001. Since 2004, nearly hundred of outstanding employees had been sent to Japan Teikoku Electric MFG for training and studying.

 Looking back to the ten years of hardworking and development, Dalian Teikoku won’t forget the help which offered by our government and copartners and the sacrifice from our employees who worked and is working together with us as well as the contribution of all the front-line sells-men. Here, I will say one more time that, thank you very much for your help and contribution.

 Ten years glory, beyond dream!

 Ten years of endeavor and efforts, ten years of development and innovation, ten years of harvest and glory, now, with a new managing slogan of “Broaden the market, scale new heights！” at the starting line of a new history, we will well prepare for the changes in the market and be the leader in the field. With summing the experience, more attention should be paid to the new challenges in the process of development, more energy will be paid to innovation and the efforts of being leader in the industry. Thought should be free, thinking should be innovative, strategy should be optimized and more efforts should be paid to extend the market.

 Successfully imported Teikoku Electric MFG electrical oil pump technology in the year of 2009 has already been well and largely applied to China high speed locomotive and transforming systems in large scale transformer substations. For response to the call of China large scale equipment development, R&D center of large scale pump of Dalian Teikoku was set up in July 2011 to boost the marketization of Dalian Teikoku 200-400KW large scale pump products and shift the condition of import-dependence of such products in related fields to make larger contribution to China economy.

 Dalian Teikoku won’t satisfy with already-reached-successes, in the future ten years, with the corporate motto of “Harmonieren, Teamwork, Hardworking” and with applying the guideline of “Innovation, People-Oriented”, meanwhile, by strengthening the R&D capability and upgrading the technical level of our products and realizing our target of based on domestic market, influence enhancement in Asia and Global Orientation, the company will continuously develop corporate managing method and motivation mechanism to build a win-win relationship with our related copartners and realize a fast-sustainable development,Our target of development is annual 500,000,000 RMB order amount reached in 3 years and annual 600,000,000 RMB reached in 5 years.

In the future, let’s continue to work together and do our best effort to build our dream and the common platform for us to live and develop and create new glory belonging to Dalian Teikoku.
