On Dec. 18, 2009, Dalian Municipal Government conferred 2009 "Xinghai Friendship Award" on Mr. Shimizu Hiroshi Vice President for  his long-term outstanding contributions to Dalian economic construction and social development . This is our company the second time to get the highest honor award by Dalian city government confers on foreign experts , following Mr. Kunio Miyaji ,our President won the award in 2006 .

Since 2003, our company has received the honorary title of taxpayer for seven consecutive years by Lushunkou District, Dalian City. Since 2006, our company has paid for more than 20 million yuan for 4 consecutive tax years, especially in 2009, the financial crisis sweeping the world , we pay various taxes  35.60 million Yuan ,reached a highest history record, and make outstanding contributions for Dalian , especially for Lushunkou economic construction and social development .
