On Nov. 7, 2009 ,the third excellent staff of Dalian Teikoku Canned Motor Pump Co., Ltd., embarked on a journey to Japan .The 14 excellent staff selected by  company's recommendation and democratic vote, visited the Teikoku Electric mfg .co.,ltd(Japan). carried out extensive exchanges with Japanese colleagues. They also visited Kyoto, Mount Fuji and other attractions during one week study tourism.

 2009 economic crisis swept the globe, in the joint efforts of all staff, our company has achieved steady development, and successfully completed the planned target of the current year, the company specially set up training funds, to encourage  excellent staff who make great contribution to company. Since Dalian Teikoku founded in 1995 , so far the total number of trainees to Japan more than 120 people, has become a stimulating factor of the effective means and highlight , fully reflects the company's "people-oriented" business philosophy.

 Through this study tourism, the excellent staff to Japan, broadened their horizons, but also enjoy Japan's traditional culture and customs. Teikoku Japan’s warm reception and dedication left a deep impression on everyone .
