Dalian Teikoku Canned motor pump Co., Ltd. was awarded as “municipal safety culture construction demonstration enterprise” in January 2016. Dalian Teikoku has become one of eleven enterprises passing through acceptance at city level through the strict review of scene and company’s material by municipal security supervision bureau. This is the achievement made through the effort that Dalian Teikoku consistently sticks to the security theory of “people orientated, safety first” and combination of theory & practice as well as the continuous consolidation, improvement and innovation of safety culture construction.

Dalian Teikoku has proposed the professional health and security policy of “fulfillment of duty, identification and control of risk; prevention of accident, assurance of health and safety” while ensuring scientific, healthy and stable enterprise development for long term. Dalian Teikoku has established complete safety production management system and formulated twenty “safety standardizing systems” including relevant specific measures such as safety production inspection, personnel safety management of special equipment and safety protection & equipment management, and thereby has formed grade by grade subcontracting system for assigning specific person to manage. The company’s production and business operation completely follow program file on safety management system and relevant law & regulation requirement and accept external review and third party witness annually. Dalian Teikoku obtained occupational health safety management system certification on OHSAS18001 in December 2015, which marks that Dalian Teikoku has reached internationally advanced level on occupational health safety management, and the company has been rated as “Dalian safety production advanced enterprise”, “Dalian environmental protection model enterprise” and “Lvshunkou safety production leading enterprise”.
